Ways to Apply
Requests for Applications for Virginia’s Rural Health Transformation (RHT) funding will open over the coming weeks, offering organizations across the Commonwealth a significant opportunity to advance innovative, community-driven solutions that improve access to care, strengthen the healthcare workforce, and support long-term sustainability in rural communities.
Additional funding opportunities will be released on a rolling basis throughout the Summer and early Fall, providing multiple entry points for partners to engage and align their initiatives with statewide priorities.
