During the webinar, the Rural Health Transformation team will:
- Provide the latest updates on the Rural Health Transformation Grant application
- Outline the broader vision and goals of the grant for improving rural health outcomes in Virginia
- Highlight opportunities for organizations, providers, and community partners to get involved
- Share next steps, resources, and points of contact for continued engagement
- Answer participant questions to support informed participation
